Acceptance of Terms

• Rent Phone Numbers
• Social Media Boosting
• eSIM Plans
• Crypto Trading & Wallet Top-Up
• Mobile Data & Airtime

You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter contracts
• Use services only in jurisdictions where they are legal

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate information
• Enabling 2FA for security

We may suspend accounts for suspicious activity.

Payment & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable except:

• Phone rentals cancelled within 5 minutes
• Failed eSIM activation (technical fault)
• Double charges

Crypto transactions are irreversible. No chargebacks allowed.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use BitraHQ for:

• Illegal activities (fraud, scams, phishing)
• Spamming or harassment
• Bypassing platform bans
• Reselling services without permission
• Automated abuse of API

Phone Number Rentals

Rented numbers are:

• For verification only
• Shared or dedicated based on selection
• Active for the rental period only
• Not transferable

We do not guarantee OTP delivery. No refund for failed SMS.

Social Media Boosting

SMM services:

• May drop over time
• Are not guaranteed to be permanent
• Do not violate platform TOS at time of delivery

You are responsible for platform compliance.

eSIM, Data & Airtime

These services:

• Are non-refundable once activated
• Depend on third-party networks
• May have regional restrictions

Check device compatibility before purchase.

Crypto Trading

Crypto services are for:

• Wallet top-up and transfers only
• Not investment advice
• Subject to network fees

All transactions are final. We are not liable for market losses.

Intellectual Property

BitraHQ owns all content, code, and branding. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform
• Use our logo without permission
• Claim affiliation

Termination

We may terminate your access immediately if you:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraud
• Abuse the platform

No refund on termination.

Limitation of Liability

BitraHQ is not liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Loss of data or funds
• Third-party actions
• Indirect damages

Max liability = amount paid in last 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes resolved in Lagos, Nigeria.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
